BLACK CURRANT PRODUCTS

Black currants are an exceptional source of vitamin C and polyphenols. Most fruits contain a good amount of vitamin C, but black currants are exceptionally high in the vitamin.

Also, alongside blueberries, black currants contain more significant amounts of anthocyanins than other berries. Their pure flavor can be a little bit tart, but they offer many nutritional benefits.

You can enjoy your superfood in different dishes. Here are some ways how you can use black currant jam or concentrate at home:

Serve your blackcurrant products in desserts and creams, drinks and cocktails, smoothies, baking such as tarts, scones, muffins, cupcakes, ice cream and many more …

insights into Production

We want to grow healthy food for you and your family!

What does that mean?
That means, related to the princinples of permaculture,
we are not using any pesticides and herbicides!!!

zero waste

The reason why we chose to use glass jars and bottles rather than cheaper plastic ones ... you can reuse them! You can use it as storage - either in the kitchen for bulk ingredients or as a pencil organizer.

Use it as a vase or for decoration!
Make your own candles in the jar!
Prepare your overnight oats or serve drinks.
Pretty good for cocktails!

Are you doing your own pickles?
Store bathroom cosmetic items in your jar, such as cotton buds and cotton pads.

What about a kids fun activity:
Paint it and use it as a personalized Christmas present for grandma and grandpa!

Need more inspiration? No problem! Get in contact with us! Happy reuse!
